The Learning Experience Corp - Ladera, NM seeks an Assistant Teacher to support lead teachers in a curriculum-based early childhood classroom for infants through preschool. Responsibilities include helping implement lesson plans, supervising children, maintaining a safe, clean environment, and assisting with daily routines such as meals, diapering, and transitions. The Assistant Teacher will build positive relationships with children and families, follow licensing and center policies, document daily activities, and collaborate closely with the teaching team to create a nurturing, inclusive, and engaging learning environment that supports cognitive, social, and emotional development.
