Duties Assist lead teachers in planning and executing arts and crafts lessons aligned with curriculum goals and developmental stages Support students during creative activities, encouraging participation and independence while maintaining a safe environment Manage classroom materials, ensuring supplies are organized, accessible, and well-maintained for daily use Foster positive behavior management strategies to promote respectful and cooperative classroom interactions Collaborate with center lead on lesson planning, adapting activities for students with special needs or disabilities, including those with autism or other developmental challenges Support early childhood education initiatives by integrating literacy, math, and sensory activities into arts projects when appropriate Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to provide updates on student progress and classroom events Looking for a candidate with weekend availabilities during our center hours, and occasionally on week days (after school hours) when needed Experience Prior experience working with children in educational or childcare settings such as daycare, preschool, or private schools Demonstrated knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Experience assisting with lesson planning, curriculum development, and classroom management techniques Familiarity with special education needs, including working with individuals with autism or disabilities Proven ability to support behavior management strategies in a classroom environment Technical proficiency in educational tools or software relevant to curriculum delivery is a plus Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and students Join us in inspiring creativity and supporting young learners' growth through engaging arts and crafts activities!
