Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. Duties Support the lead teacher in implementing fun, developmentally appropriate activities. Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity. Help maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment. Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise. Build positive, respectful relationships with children, families, and coworkers. Assist with daily routines such as meals, diapering/potty time, and transitions. Encourage creativity, independence, and kindness in every child. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (early childhood coursework a plus!). Experience working with young children is highly desireable (preferred but not required). Patience, flexibility, and a love for working with little ones. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Must meet all state licensing requirements including a state mandated background check. Knowledge of curriculum development and early childhood education best practices. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
