Description:

The Assistant Teacher is responsible for the care and safety of children ages 6 weeks to 18 months old.

Hours :

Monday thru Friday - Primary responsibilities : The Assistant Teacher's responsibilities are helping to maintain a clean, safe, and cheerful environment. Developing and maintaining a positive relationship with the children, their families, and employees; ensure that all feel welcome, and received Managing groups of children Providing support to prepare materials as needed to carry out the weekly lesson plans. Providing support in keeping a current inventory, including all supplies and equipment. Performing and/or assist in the daily bathroom routine Cleaning Filling paperwork

Minimum Qualifications :

Must be 18 years or older. High School Diploma or GED. Experience in child care educational setting preferred.

Qualities:

Must have good communication skills and work well with a variety of employees. Must be punctual.
