Position:
Teacher Aide (10 month) Assist students transition throughout the building Assist with monitoring student reading instruction Meet with students the foyer before and after school at Cayuga Monitoring students for toileting needs Assistance with toileting as needed Assist classroom teacher with additional tasks as requested
Desired Qualifications:
Ability to establish good relationships and get along with children, maintain order and ensure that school regulations are followed. Ability to collaborate with teachers, administration and staff. Good power of observation and dependability Prior experience caring for students with disabilities Understanding and respect for confidentiality
Minimum Qualifications:
Graduation from high school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma; OR Four (4) years experience in the care and supervision of children; OR An equivalent combination of training and experience as defined by the limits of (1) and (2).
