Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant Lead Teacher or Assistant Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. Responsibilities Provide high-quality care and supervision for infants, toddlers, and preschool children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development based on childhood education principles Engage children in educational activities that stimulate curiosity, creativity, and learning through play and structured routines Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that encourages independence and exploration Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress, milestones, and any concerns in a professional and positive manner Adhere to all mandated reporting laws and health & safety regulations, including first aid, CPR, pediatric first aid, and child supervision protocols Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent classroom management and behavior guidance strategies are applied effectively Skills Demonstrated experience working with young children in daycare or preschool settings Knowledge of child development instruction and childhood development milestones Strong classroom management skills with the ability to foster positive behavior management techniques Excellent communication skills for parent interaction and team collaboration Ability to implement early childhood education practices tailored to infants' and toddlers' needs Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus Certified in first aid, CPR, pediatric first aid, or willing to obtain certification upon hire Familiarity with mandated reporting laws related to child welfare and safety Compassionate caregiving approach with patience, flexibility, and enthusiasm for early childhood education Join us in shaping the future by providing exceptional care and education during these formative years!
