Spanish Assistant Teacher Spanish Immersion Workshop (SIW), Long Island's leading Spanish program for children, is looking for a native Spanish-speaking assistant teacher to inspire and engage kids ! If you love working with children, value bilingualism this is the job for you. Ideal for future teachers, current students in education programs, recent graduates, seasoned educators, or anyone passionate about promoting bilingualism in young children's lives.

Hours:

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, 9am to 1pm | Saturday, 8:30 am - 1:45 pm

Garden City, Long Island, NY What You'll Do:

help lead high-energy Spanish classes incorporating music, movement, games, stories, and crafts Keep children engaged and active — including carpet-level activities! Use our immersive teaching methods and curriculum (full training provided) Promote bilingualism and a love for Spanish in every class

Requirements:

Native Spanish speaker Conversational English (read, write, speak) LOVE working with children Valid work permit
