```Duties```
  • Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities
  • Provide support to students in their learning and development
  • Help maintain a safe and positive learning environment
  • Assist with classroom management and behavior management strategies
  • Collaborate with the lead teacher to assess student progress and provide feedback
  • Support students with special needs or individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Provide one-on-one or small group instruction as needed
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as grading, record keeping, and preparing materials ```Qualifications```
  • Previous experience working with students, preferably in an educational setting
  • Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
  • Familiarity with childhood development stages and milestones
  • Ability to effectively manage a classroom and promote positive behavior
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • First aid certification is a plus
