Youll travel within the school, assisting in various classrooms and providing essential support to both students and teachers, adapting quickly to new environments and embracing daily challenges.

Desired Qualifications:

Experience working as a paraprofessional, especially in educational or school-based settings Strong communication and collaboration skills with adults and children Flexibility and adaptability to work in a variety of classrooms and grade levels, K-12 Ability to follow directions and support lead teachers in classroom management Positive attitude and a passion for supporting student learning Capable of managing transitions and maintaining professionalism in shifting situations

Key Responsibilities:

Rotate between classrooms or grade levels based on daily or weekly needs Assist with instructional activities under the direction of certified staff Support individual students or small groups, reinforcing lessons and offering additional help as needed Implement teacher-directed strategies to maintain an inclusive and engaging classroom environment Help oversee classroom routines, organization, and materials Encourage positive behaviors and model appropriate skills for students
