Full Job Description Job Title :

Montessori Teaching Assistant We are seeking a caring and reliable Teacher's Assistant to support classrooms serving children ages 18 months-3 years . The assistant will work alongside lead teachers to help maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting with daily classroom activities and routines Supporting children's social, emotional, and developmental growth Helping maintain a clean, organized classroom Assisting with transitions, snack/lunch, outdoor play, and rest time Supporting diapering and potty training as needed General classroom and light cleaning duties

Qualifications:

Experience with young children preferred Patient, dependable, and team-oriented

Pay:

$17.50 - $20.00 per hour
