Job Description A Teaching Assistant works under the supervision of a certified teacher to provide direct instructional support, reinforce lessons, and help manage classroom activities. Communicate and coordinate effectively with the classroom teacher to support daily lesson plans Assist in preparing materials for classroom projects Provide individual and small-group support to reinforce understanding of instructional concepts Strictly follow all school rules, policies, and procedures Ensure student safety in the classroom, on field trips, and throughout the campus Provide targeted assistance to students as needed
