Desired Experience and Qualifications:

Previous experience as a paraprofessional or in a similar support role within a school is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children, educators, and staff Ability to assist with classroom management and activities under the direction of certified teachers Reliable, compassionate, and patient attitude toward working with students of diverse abilities High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or certifications preferred Dependable and adaptable to the evolving needs of the classroom environment

Key Responsibilities:
