Job Description
Job Summary
A Teacher's Aide supports classroom teachers in delivering instruction, managing students, and maintaining a positive learning environment. They assist with academic, behavioral, and administrative tasks to help ensure students succeed.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the teacher with lesson preparation and classroom activities
Provide one-on-one or small-group instruction to students
Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe, orderly environment
Support students with special needs or individualized education plans (IEPs)
Supervise students during class, recess, lunch, and field trips
Prepare instructional materials, bulletin boards, and classroom displays
Monitor and record student progress as directed by the teacher
Assist with grading assignments and organizing records
Help with classroom setup and cleanup

Job Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent Experience working with children or in an educational setting is a plus
