What We're Looking For:

Previous experience supporting students as a paraprofessional, especially in school environments Familiarity with elementary and/or middle school caseloads Comfort working in ABA classrooms or with students requiring behavioral supports Effective communication and teamwork skills A nurturing, patient, and adaptable approach to working with diverse learners High school diploma or equivalent (some positions may require further education or certifications)

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct support to students with individualized needs in ABA-focused classrooms Collaborate with teachers and specialists to implement behavior intervention plans Assist in classroom activities, reinforcing academic lessons, social skills, and positive behaviors Support students during daily transitions, routines, and structured tasks Monitor student progress and document observations for team review Contribute to a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment Engage in ongoing professional development as requested
