Job Overview Join our vibrant early childhood education team as an Infant Toddler Teacher Assistant, where your enthusiasm and dedication will help nurture the youngest learners during their critical developmental years. In this role, you will support lead teachers in creating a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment for infants and toddlers. Your active participation will foster early literacy, social skills, and foundational math concepts, setting the stage for lifelong learning. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's growth while gaining valuable classroom experience. Responsibilities Assist lead teachers in implementing age-appropriate activities that promote early childhood development, including literacy, math, and social-emotional skills Support daily classroom routines such as feeding, diapering, nap times, and outdoor play to ensure a consistent and nurturing environment Engage with children through interactive play, mentoring, and communication to foster curiosity and confidence Help maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that adheres to health and safety standards Skills Strong understanding of childhood development principles and early education best practices Experience working with infants and toddlers Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children and team members Ability to manage classroom routines efficiently while maintaining a positive atmosphere Familiarity with behavior management strategies and classroom management tools Demonstrated ability to mentor children through engaging activities and personalized support This position is paid and designed for passionate individuals eager to contribute to early childhood development while expanding their professional skills.
