Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teacher's Aide to join our team. As a Teacher's Aide, you will work closely with the lead teacher to support the educational and developmental needs of our students. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about early childhood education and looking to make a positive impact on young learners. ###Duties:
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities
- Support students in their learning journey, providing individualized attention and guidance
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Help prepare materials and resources for lessons
- Assist with classroom management, ensuring a safe and organized learning environment
- Collaborate with the lead teacher to assess student progress and provide feedback
- Supervise students during recess, lunchtime, and other non-instructional periods
- Provide assistance with administrative tasks as needed ###
Experience:
- Previous experience working with students in a daycare, childcare, or classroom setting is preferred
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices
- Familiarity with literacy education strategies
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
