What We're Looking For Experience working with children between the ages 6 weeks-12 years High school diploma, Associate's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred. If you have a degree, you may be qualified for a Lead Teacher position! A positive team player with strong communication skills. Someone who helps create an inviting, supportive classroom environment Avalability between 6:30 AM and 6:30 PM, with final scheduled hours determined during the interview process.
