New Beginnings Learning Academy is hiring a Preschool Assistant Teacher! If you're caring, energetic, dependable, and love watching little ones learn, laugh, and grow—we'd love to meet you! As an Assistant Teacher, you will work alongside the classroom teacher to help create a fun, safe, and nurturing environment where young children can learn and grow.

Your day may include:

Helping with daily classroom routines and activities Assisting with fun, hands-on learning experiences and crafts Supporting learning through play, stories, music, movement, and exploration Building positive relationships with children and helping them feel safe and confident Supporting children's social, emotional, and developmental growth Helping children throughout the day with classroom routines, transitions, meals, and activities Working as part of a classroom team and supporting your lead teacher Encouraging positive behavior and helping children learn appropriate classroom expectations Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment Communicating professionally and positively with families and staff We aren't just looking for someone with experience—we're looking for someone who genuinely ENJOYS being around children. You may be a great fit if you are: Patient, caring, and nurturing Reliable and responsible Energetic and able to keep up with preschoolers! Creative and willing to get involved in activities A team player who is willing to help wherever needed Comfortable working in a busy, sometimes messy, and always fun preschool environment Someone who takes pride in creating a positive experience for children Previous childcare or preschool experience is preferred. Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education coursework or a related degree is a plus.

Pay:

From $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 40.0 per week
