Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM (40hrs)OVERVIEW OF PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
This role provides essential administrative and operational support to ensure the program runs smoothly and efficiently.PRIMARY FUNCTIONS
Provide administrative and project support to leaders and team Trouble shooting and answering questions regarding program Maintains office/Program files, including Program binders Create meeting minutes for weekly case review Be responsible for program purchase orders Accept and track rent from program participants Assist with vetting of new participantsQUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES
Strong clerical and organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer systems Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work independently with limited supervision Demonstrated problem-solving skills and sound judgment in a professional setting Ability to understand and follow program regulations and take direction from multiple stakeholders Quick learner who proactively seeks clarification and asks questions to build knowledge Ability to identify and engage subject matter experts to support assigned responsibilities Energetic, outgoing, creative, and personable professional demeanorEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Prior experience providing administrative and/or program support in an office, social services, housing, or human services environment Experience maintaining organized filing systems, program records, and official documentation, including both physical binders and electronic files Experience preparing meeting minutes, reports, and other formal documentation for team meetings or case reviews Experience handling financial and administrative processes such as purchase orders, payments, and tracking participant rent or fees Familiarity with client intake processes, including screening, vetting, and onboarding participants Experience troubleshooting program-related issues and responding to inquiries from staff, leadership, and program participants Experience preparing monthly reports and consistently meeting deadlines Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detailPHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS
