Qualifications/Requirements:

Valid, active Teacher Assistant certification (TA cert) Previous experience as a Paraprofessional or Teacher Assistant in a school setting preferred Strong commitment to working with middle school-aged children Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with both students and staff Patience, adaptability, and a supportive attitude

Key Responsibilities:

Provide instructional support under direction of classroom teachers Assist with classroom management and organization Work one-on-one or in small groups to reinforce lessons and help students reach learning goals Support students with diverse learning needs, including those with IEPs or 504 plans Help prepare learning materials and keep educational spaces organized Serve as a positive role model, encouraging student engagement and growth
