: Assistant Teacher/Floater Teacher

SUMMARY OF POSITION
Responsible for assisting Lead Teacher in implementing an educational program in line with the Penfield Presbyterian Early Learning Center's educational goals and philosophy.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Essential functions may include, but are not limited to, the following: Assist in overseeing the health, safety, and general welfare of the children, including the physical and emotional needs of the children Develop a professional relationship with other staff, be responsive to coverage needs and assist other staff as needed Work as a team member, be flexible as changes arise, and collaborate with colleagues Attend staff meetings, workshops and all in-services provided at the Daycare (each employee is required to have 15 hours annually) Follow Policies and Procedures in Staff Handbook Maintain

REQUIREMENTS
Education/Experience:
High School diploma Substantial experience working with children under 13 years of age 2 years experience working as an Early Childhood Professional Part Time availability between the hours of 12-5:30 or Full time positions available. If interested, please email your resume
