Duties Assist lead teachers in implementing lesson plans and classroom activities that promote literacy, math, social skills, and overall childhood development. Provide physical assistance and behavioral support for students, ensuring their safety and comfort during daily routines. Collaborate closely with other teachers to ensure children are prepared for the next classroom. Assist with classroom management by encouraging positive behavior, supporting behavioral disorder interventions, and promoting an inclusive environment for children of all abilities. Requirements Experience working with children, particularly in early childhood education or special education settings. Knowledge of childhood development principles, classroom management techniques, and behavior management strategies for students with special needs. Ability to provide physical assistance as needed for students requiring additional support. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with team members and communicate with students. Certification or training in early childhood care or special education is advantageous; however, relevant experience is highly valued.
