As a Special Education Classroom Aide, you will be an integral part of the educational team, supporting pre-school age students with special needs in a classroom setting. You will assist in following Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and providing personalized support to each student, contributing to the academic and social growth of the students. Schedule:

The scheduled hours are 8:30am - 2:30pm, Monday - Friday. Our schedule follows a typical school calendar. This is a 12 month position with a 6 week summer session.

Qualifications:

Experience with children Special education background preferred, but not required Familiarity with Individualized Education Programs (IEP) a plus Strong communication and behavior management skills Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
