Responsibilities Greet the parents as they arrive to pick up and drop off their infants Help the Lead Teacher plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate the children's physical, emotional, and intellectual growth Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for infants Assist with the classroom management and behavior management. Provide personal aide and care as necessary to students, such as help with hygiene, eating and changing diapers Assist in maintaining a clean and organized classroom The ability to problem solve, reflect, learn, grow, & challenge yourself is a must. Open Parent engagement via Brightwheel Serve as a substitute teacher either Lead Teacher or Classroom Aide when one of them is absent Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs Maintain the center's policies and procedures Must follow
