As a Special Education Paraprofessional, you'll work closely with one student, supporting their IEP goals and helping them learn, grow, and thrive in a caring, inclusive environment.

Monday- Friday 8:55am-2:10pm

Team up with the classroom teacher to help your assigned child meet their IEP goals. Create a warm, supportive, and fun environment that helps your student feel safe and confident. Assist with daily activities and transitions throughout the school day. Maintain a positive, collaborative relationship with teachers, staff, and families. Follow school policies, training, and safety guidelines (including universal precautions). Be ready for anything, from learning moments to lifting smiles (and occasionally a 45-lb child).

Qualifications:

A High School Diploma or GED (required) A caring, patient personality and great interpersonal skills Willingness to jump in, learn, and grow with our team ABA or RBT experience? That's a major plus!
