Floater/ Assistant Teacher

We are seeking a flexible, nurturing, and dependable Floater Teacher to support classrooms serving children from birth through kindergarten. This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys working with a variety of age groups and thrives in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. We are looking for someone part or full time. Responsibilities:

Provide support across classrooms serving children from birth through kindergarten Assist lead teachers with daily routines, transitions, and classroom activities Step into classrooms as needed to cover breaks, absences, and staff support Engage children in age-appropriate, developmentally appropriate activities Maintain a safe, nurturing, and positive learning environment Perform diaper changes and assist with toileting as needed Help with feeding, cleanup, and overall classroom organization Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:

Comfortable working with all age groups (infants through kindergarten) Willingness to change diapers and assist with personal care routines Ability to adapt quickly and work in a flexible, fast-paced environment Strong teamwork and communication skills Positive, patient, and dependable demeanor Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and actively participate in classroom activities eXal3fBKW9
