NCTA provides comprehensive, student-centered services. Our dedicated team works collaboratively with educators, families and other professionals to provide evidence-based, individualized, and comprehensive support ensuring that all students have the opportunity to reach their full potential.

Position Summary:

NCTA is seeking a paraprofessional to support an elementary school in West Geauga Local School District for grades 3-5. This is a fantastic opportunity to impact children's health and well-being while enjoying a great work schedule! This position is a temporary 8-week assignment but has potential to extend through the remainder of the school year.

General Information:

Hours:

8:30am - 3:30pm

Pay Range:

$18-22/hr Working Days or Days per week: Follows a standard school calendar - 5 days per week, 30-40 hours per week Hours per day: 7-8 hours per day

Key Responsibilities:

Work one on one with students and/or with small groups of students

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent State of Ohio Aide Licensure required Experience working with individuals to improve social communication and learning skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. NCTA is an Equal Opportunity Employer
