Job Description

Heartland Childcare Center is searching for additional strong assistant preschool teachers for mornings and afternoons, part-time/full-time Monday through Friday. Our Christian program holds the Gold Step Up to Quality rating. Ideal candidates will be kind, compassionate, and detail-oriented as well as comfortable working with technology. Assistant Teachers support the Lead Teacher as follows: Help implement activity plans Interact with children and their families in an appropriate and respectful manner Actively supervise the children at all times Exhibit a high level of professionalism

Requirements:

Minimum of 18 years old High school graduate or equivalent Clear background and medical checks Obtain and maintain required training/certification

Preferred :

CDA (Child Development Associate) certification and/or Early Childhood Development degree and/or CPL 2 (Career Pathways Level 2)

Pay:

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
