Para-Professional (Instructional Aide, STNA) Job Opening in Cincinnati, OH - 2025-26 School Year

Western Nursing Services is seeking dedicated and compassionate Instructional Aides (Para-Professional) to join our team for the upcoming school year. Responsibilities:

Provide academic, behavioral, and/or physical support to students under the direction of certified teachers and special education staff. Assist in the implementation of lesson plans, instructional materials, and classroom activities. Support students with disabilities in both general and special education settings. Supervise students in classrooms, hallways, cafeterias, and during arrival/dismissal. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications:

1 year of experience in pediatrics or childcare. Patience, flexibility, and a passion for helping students succeed Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families Why Join Us? $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 6 - 40 per week
