This position offers a Monday to Friday schedule with weekends off, providing a perfect work-life balance.

Responsibilities:

As a Child Care Floater/Assistant Teacher at Kiddie Kastle, you will play a vital role in supporting multiple classrooms.

Your responsibilities include:

Assisting Lead Teachers:

Collaborate with lead teachers in implementing age-appropriate lesson plans and activities. 2.

Supervision:

Ensure the safety and well-being of children by actively supervising and engaging with them during various activities. 3.

Classroom Support:

Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and stimulating learning environment in all classrooms. 4.

Flexibility:

Be ready to adapt to the needs of different classrooms, providing support where necessary. 5.

Communication:

Maintain open and positive communication with parents, team members, and management.

Requirements:

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent; Early Childhood Education coursework is a plus. 2.

Experience:
