Assistant Teacher (Learning Guide)

Pay:

From $17.00 per hour Job description: The Goddard School is seeking an Assistant Teacher (Learning Guide) to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with children and looking to grow in an early childhood classroom setting.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in childcare or a related field preferred Passion for working with children Ability to build positive relationships with children and families Positive, patient, and team-oriented attitude Strong communication skills Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Support Lead Teachers in implementing daily classroom activities Help maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment Assist with classroom management and transitions throughout the day Interact with children through play, supervision, and daily routines Promote the Goddard School philosophy and educational objectives Support a positive and collaborative team environment Attend staff meetings and participate in ongoing training as needed
