Support students individually or in small groups to reinforce instructional objectives. Assist with intervention, enrichment, and behavioral strategies under the guidance of teachers. Manage classroom and program materials, equipment, and learning environments. Help students with daily living activities, social skills, task redirection, and behavior management. Monitor and communicate student progress, collecting data and maintaining records. Assist in implementing accommodations and supporting safe learning environments.What You'll Bring:
Valid Ohio State Board of Education license/permit or willingness to obtain one. Ability to physically support students with disabilities. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Commitment to supporting student engagement, accountability, and development.
