Lead Teacher and Assistant Teachers Preschool (3-day Teacher and 2-day Teacher openings)

Seeking a qualified teacher and assistant teacher for a well-established private preschool serving children ages 3-5. Duties and responsibilities include organizing and maintaining a safe and cheerful environment to promote learning and social development, planning and implementing the curriculum and philosophy of the school, and providing regular communication with families and staff. Skills Ability to work with children aged 3-5 years old Excellent physical condition and strength High level of energy and motivation Good communication skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Positive and friendly attitude Excellent critical thinking skills Duties and responsibilities: Observe each child to help them improve their social competencies and build self-esteem Encourage children to interact with each other socially Guide children to develop their artistic and practical capabilities through a carefully constructed curriculum (identify shapes, numbers or colors, etc.) Organize and prepare small group activities, circle time, snack, and supervise children to ensure they are safe at all times Track children's progress and report to parents Communicate with parents regularly to understand their concerns or requests Collaborate with other educators Maintain a clean and organized classroom consistent with health and safety standards

Skills:

Early Childhood Education degree, CDA, or relevant experience Fulfill health requirements
