$18.00-$23.00 per hour Behavioral Technician / Paraprofessional - Reynoldsburg, OH Ro Health is hiring Behavioral Technicians and Paraprofessionals to support students in school-based settings in and around Reynoldsburg, Ohio for the 2026-2027 school year. This is an in-person, school-based position with opportunities for full-time and per diem schedules.

2026-2027 school year Job Responsibilities Provide classroom and behavioral support to students with special needs Provide 1:1 support when individualized assistance is required Assist teachers and school staff in maintaining a safe, structured, and positive classroom environment Support students with behavioral, academic, and social development Assist with implementing behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and established behavioral strategies Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, BCBAs, and other school-based professionals Maintain professionalism and communicate effectively with the school team Qualifications Associate's Degree strongly preferred OR completion of the ParaPro Assessment Previous experience working with children, students with special needs, ABA, behavioral health, or childcare is preferred School-based experience is a plus, but not required Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work effectively in a structured educational environment Passion for supporting students and helping them succeed About Ro Health Ro Health is a rapidly growing healthcare staffing agency with a strong focus on Behavioral Health services.
