Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30

Full-Time Position Overview Kiddie Academy of Hilliard is seeking a reliable, energetic, and nurturing individual to join our team as a Cook / Support Teacher . This dual-role position is responsible for preparing nutritious meals for children while also assisting in classrooms to support a safe, engaging, and educational environment.
Key Responsibilities Cook Duties:
Prepare and serve healthy meals and snacks in accordance with licensing and nutrition guidelines Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen Manage food inventory, ordering, and storage Accommodate food allergies and dietary restrictions Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Support Teacher Duties:
Assist lead teachers in daily classroom activities Help supervise children to ensure safety and well-being Support implementation of lesson plans and activities Maintain a positive, nurturing classroom environment Step into classrooms as needed to provide coverage Qualifications Previous experience in food preparation (childcare setting preferred) Experience working with children (daycare, preschool, or similar) Ability to multitask and transition between kitchen and classroom responsibilities Strong communication and teamwork skills Must meet state licensing requirements (background check, etc.)
Pay:
$14.00 - $18.00 per hour
