Pre K Assistant Teacher

Job Overview We are seeking passionate and reliable candidate to join our family. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for children ages 3-4, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This position involves implementing The Creative Curriculum, managing classroom dynamics, and supporting each child's unique learning journey.

Responsibilities:

Implement the age-appropriate curriculum Create individual lessons that cater to diverse learning styles and developmental stages. Manage classroom behavior to ensure a positive learning environment. Provide individualized support for children. Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues through effective communication. Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.

Requirements:

Some experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting. Knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management techniques, and literacy education strategies. Strong communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with children, parents, and staff. Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children.
