The Teacher will collaborate with colleagues, communicate effectively with parents, and implement innovative teaching strategies aligned with early childhood education standards. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that incorporate curriculum development principles across subjects such as literacy, math, physical education, and social skills. Create an engaging classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and active participation among students. Manage classroom behavior through effective behavior management techniques to ensure a safe and respectful learning space. Foster strong communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress, behavior, and developmental milestones. Maintain detailed records of lesson plans, student assessments, attendance, and other classroom activities in accordance with school policies.
