Key Qualifications:

Prior experience as a behavior technician, registered behavior technician (RBT), or in a supporting role in educational environments preferred Understanding of classroom management and positive behavior reinforcement Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and students Experience supporting children in PreK and elementary grade levels Strong communication, patience, and adaptability High School diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or relevant certification a plus

Role Responsibilities:

Provide direct classroom support to students needing behavioral or academic assistance Implement individualized and small-group interventions under the guidance of teachers and behavior specialists Reinforce positive behaviors and help implement behavior intervention plans Monitor student progress and document observations for staff review Assist in fostering an engaging, respectful, and inclusive classroom atmosphere Support students during instructional and non-instructional periods as needed Hourly pay is set at $23, recognizing your valuable expertise and commitment.
