Kids Encounter in Streetsboro, OH is looking for one childcare staff member to join our family-oriented team! We are located at 9267 State Route 43. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and engaged. Responsibilities Develop and maintain a constructive and ongoing rapport with children and parents. Help facilitate activities that are fun and educational for the children. Collaborate with other teachers to ensure that the school fosters an environment that is inviting and nurturing for every child. Manage day-to-day classroom activities, including structured lessons, free play, bathroom breaks, lunchtime, and rest time for students. Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent Ability to Pass a Background Check Must be able to work from 12 p.m.- 6 p.m., Monday- Friday Benefits Paid Time Off earned from day one Paid Holidays after 30 days No weekends Closed on most major Holidays We are looking forward to hearing from you.
