Duties Assist lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, including literacy, math, and social-emotional learning activities Support classroom management by encouraging positive behavior and helping maintain a safe, organized environment Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote curiosity, creativity, and early childhood development Help with classroom setup, materials preparation, and cleanup to ensure a smooth instructional flow Collaborate with teachers on curriculum development and classroom management strategies to enhance student engagement Requirements Prior experience working with young children in educational or childcare settings is highly preferred Join us in shaping the future by supporting young children's growth through engaging instruction and compassionate care!
