Position Type:
Full-Time | Classified Staff Tipp City Schools is seeking a dedicated and student-focused Educational Assistant for the 2026-2027 school year. This position supports students and teachers by assisting with instruction, classroom activities, and the creation of a positive learning environment. Responsibilities Support students with academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs Assist the teacher with classroom instruction and activities Work with individual students and small groups to reinforce learning Maintain a safe, positive, and structured learning environment Supervise students as assigned Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Valid Ohio Educational Aide Permit (or ability to obtain) Experience working with children preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and work collaboratively with others Requirements Successful BCI and FBI background checks Ability to meet all state and district requirements for Educational Aides Application Process Interested candidates must apply through the Dayton Area School Consortium and upload a current resume.
