Full-Time | Classified Staff Tipp City Schools is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Educational Assistant to support students in a Multiple Disabilities (MD) Classroom at the 3rd-5th grade level for the 2026-2027 school year. This role supports students with complex needs by assisting with instruction, daily routines, and creating a safe, structured learning environment. Responsibilities Support students with academic, behavioral, and functional needs Assist the teacher with implementation of IEP goals and classroom activities Provide support with daily living skills as needed Maintain a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and staff Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Valid Ohio Educational Aide Permit (or ability to obtain) Experience working with students with disabilities preferred Ability to work collaboratively and maintain confidentiality Strong communication and interpersonal skills Application Requirements Interested candidates must apply through the Dayton Area School Consortium and upload a current resume.
