Job Description
## Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Teacher to join our team. The Assistant Teacher will support the lead teacher in implementing educational programs and activities for students. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about early childhood education and fostering a positive learning environment. ## Responsibilities
- Assist the lead teacher in developing and implementing lesson plans
- Support classroom activities and maintain a conducive learning environment
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff members
- Aid in classroom and behavior management
- Help with curriculum development and lesson planning
- Collaborate with the lead teacher to provide educational support ## Qualifications
- Previous experience in a classroom setting, daycare, or private school is preferred
- Ability to effectively educate and engage with students
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
