9669809-74023 Job Description Step into a rewarding, full-time contract position supporting the growth and learning of a single 6th-grade student as a dedicated paraprofessional. Key Qualifications:

Prior experience working with students on the autism spectrum is required Background as a school paraprofessional or similar support role Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to implement individualized support strategies Reliable, organized, and committed to consistent attendance Open to feedback and collaboration with teaching staff

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide daily, one-on-one support to a 6th grade student in classroom and school activities Implement individualized education plan (IEP) accommodations and behavior strategies Assist with classroom participation, transitions, and socialization Foster a positive, encouraging environment tailored to the students needs Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and staff to monitor progress Support the students independence, self-advocacy, and academic skills Maintain accurate documentation of activities, challenges, and successes This position offers a 35-hour work week in a structured and supportive school environment.
