Implement classroom activities according to The Goddard School's WOL curriculum standards Foster a positive, nurturing and inclusive classroom environment Support student growth academically, socially, and emotionally Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and effective learning experience Engage with families to build strong partnerships in student learning Participate in school-wide initiatives and professional development opportunities Uphold the school's values and vision in all interactions

Qualifications :

Experience in education (1+ year preferred, but not required) Passion for working with students and a commitment to their success Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to adapt and innovate in a new school setting A growth mindset and enthusiasm for continuous learning
