Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Childcare Assistant Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and the ability to create a safe, engaging, and educational environment. This role involves caring for children of various ages, facilitating their development through play and structured activities, and ensuring their well-being while in our care.

Responsibilities Instructional Support:

Assisting with implementing daily, developmentally appropriate, and creative curriculum activities.

Child Care & Safety:

Ensuring a safe environment, supervising children on the playground, during meals, and in the classroom.

Personal Hygiene:

handling diaper changes, bathroom breaks, and teaching handwashing and grooming skills.

Classroom Management:

Assisting with cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing materials, toys, and classroom furniture.

Observation:

Monitoring and documenting child progress and behaviors to share with lead teachers and parents. Skills Proven experience in caregiving or childcare settings, such as daycare or preschool environments. Strong understanding of early childhood education principles and practices. Ability to manage classroom behavior effectively while fostering a positive atmosphere. Experience with infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills to interact with children, parents, and colleagues. Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children. Ability to adapt activities based on the individual needs of each child.
