Job Summary:

Do you love working with young children? Are you interested in making a difference in the lives of little humans? We are looking for a person to assist in our infant toddler building. If you would like to help young children grow and learn, this could be a great fit for you! Little Beavers Preschool is looking for a reliable, self-motivated and energetic teacher's aide preferably with experience working babies, wobblers, toddlers or preschoolers. We need a staff member who is nurturing, loves to play with children and is dependable. We are looking for someone who partners well with others and is flexible to aid where needed.

Pay:

$15.55 to $16.50 per hour pending education and experience. As a teacher's assistant, you will be responsible for helping the lead teacher prep and implement lesson planning through play-based hands-on learning and maintain a classroom schedule with structured activities. Duties include meal prep, classroom cleaning, diaper changing and escorting children to and from our parents for drop off and pick up. We are looking for someone to continue in our vision to provide quality early childhood education in a loving environment that supports children in developing positive social skills and empathy for each other. Parent communication is a key skill we are looking for, as well as representing the business positively and professionally. Must be able to lift 30-40 pounds. All staff receive PTO, sick leave, continuing educational training, optional health insurance and multiple holiday paydays. Monday-Friday 7:30 - 5:30 (8-hour shift with an hour lunch break) Requirements to be completed:

• Must be enrolled in Central Background Registry before start date
• Must have a current Food Handler's Card as well as First Aid and CPR Certification
