Our programs focus on hands-on learning, STEAM exploration, music and movement, practical life skills, and outdoor play. We are committed to fostering curiosity, creativity, and independence in every child.Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Teacher to join our team. This full-time role provides hands-on experience in early childhood education and classroom support. Assistant Teachers work closely with lead teachers to implement curriculum, engage with children, and maintain a safe and stimulating learning environment.Responsibilities:
Assist lead teachers with daily classroom activities and routines Support children in learning through play, STEAM activities, and outdoor exploration Help prepare materials and maintain a safe, organized, and stimulating classroom environment Observe and support children's participation and progress Collaborate with teaching staff and participate in team meetings and professional development opportunitiesQualifications:
Passion for working with young children and fostering their growth and development Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to follow instructions, work collaboratively, and take initiative Reliable, punctual, and professional No college degree required (ideal for college students or those seeking hands-on childcare experience)Benefits:
