We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Pre-K Counts Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment that supports the social, emotional, and academic growth of young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and implement curriculum aligned with Pennsylvania Pre-K Counts standards Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment Conduct ongoing assessments of student development and progress Maintain accurate records and documentation Communicate regularly with families and caregivers Collaborate with staff and participate in professional development Ensure compliance with state regulations and program guidelines

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (required) PA teaching certification (preferred or required based on program) Experience working with preschool-aged children Strong classroom management and communication skills

Assist in implementing daily lesson plans and activities Support children's social, emotional, and educational development Help maintain a safe and clean classroom environment Supervise children during classroom, outdoor, and mealtime activities Communicate effectively with staff and families Follow all program policies and state regulations

Qualifications:

CDA (Child Development Associate) or willingness to obtain (preferred/required) Experience working with young children (preferred) Strong teamwork and communication skills Ability to multitask and maintain a positive attitude
