Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Lead Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive learning environment for children, guiding their development through engaging and effective teaching practices. This position requires a strong commitment to child welfare and education, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with both students and their families. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that promotes literacy education, math skills, and physical education. Manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement strategies and behavior management techniques. Provide high-quality childcare while ensuring the safety and well-being of all students. Foster a nurturing environment that encourages social, emotional, and cognitive development. Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly. Collaborate with other educators to create a cohesive learning experience across different subjects. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational best practices. Requirements Experience in preschool or toddler care settings is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of curriculum development and early childhood education principles. Excellent communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and colleagues. A commitment to child welfare and the ability to create a safe, inclusive classroom environment.
